I recently purchased an Infiniti from BM Motor Cars. I had an all-in price I was willing to spend, and although it took a while, Lee and Vlad were creative to get to a point where it worked for me. Since then, they've gone out of their way to help me, from driving the car back to my house (that was awesome!) to fixing a scratch on my windshield to finding a second key for me. If you know the car you want and know that BM Motor Cars already prices their cars near the lowest in the state, check them out. Be patient and it'll work out!

Great car buying experience. I was buying a Audi S8 from out of state and had it ship to TX. Something that I have never done before. I was nervous at first but Val was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had any time of the day. They also have great prices.

BM has been the absolute BEST. I bought my car from Val- he was helpful and available for questions from start to finish. After I bought the car I found it had a few issues but when I brought them to their attention, they took care of them as fast as they could (a few days bc tricky parts) and Paul the service mgr or director kept me informed whenever I requested info. I was texted when my plates were ready- they really made this whole process as easy as could be. They even provided my ubers when I needed to drop it off.

I would like to update: I have since updated Paul on everything that happened since I purchased my car and he has tried to be more than accommodating. After one month I picked up my car. He replaced the transmission with a brand new onE with a 6 month warranty, replaced the windshield, replaced the headlights, and has been diligently looking into why my front seat heater shuts off aNd does not start a second heat cycle. He also has tried to get my cap for my gear shifter. But I wanted my car back ASAP. So he had it FULLY detailed including thE buffing of the outside to remove the splash of ceMent, put the new headsets in the car, they attached the plate for me (after he waited for me while I was stuck in traffic for hours), and I was on my way. He sIgned a new 30 day warranty covering parts and labor as requested as well! As soon as a fix foR my seat is figured out I will return to pick up a loaner while he repairs that for me. For now I have my beautiful van thAt is driving superiOr! Thank you Paul!

Great experience. I dealt with Manan who was my sales consultant and he was marvelous. He took me on 2 test drives with cars I wanted to compare. I'm a very picky person and he took his time with me to make sure I got the car I not only loved, but was very comfortable with. Jon is the finance manager at BM and he was one of the nicest people I've ever came across, he broke down the pricing to the t, and also got me extended warranty on my car to make sure I was good for the time that I financed my new beautiful blue Cadillac ATS!
