EBAC offers business development and registration to small and home-based entrepreneurs via filing of business forms with various Secretary of States, EBAC create and prepare bylaws and/or operating agreement boilerplates, formulate and develop small business policies, boilerplate sub-contractual agreements, design and development of business forms for daily operations, complete and file required documentations for certification and registration as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) with local, regional, state and federal set-aside programs; in addition, branding of client's business model via graphic designing, website development, marketing and social media platforms, financial management, offering individual and small business opportunities to obtain legal services, and sales strategies. We provide consultation, mentor-ship and coaching services to small and home-based business owners.
